The Making of Tomorrow Chose Me Instead

The tee that is the definition of why EMBER exists.

There are pieces you design. And then there are pieces that design themselves — that arrive fully formed from something you lived through, something you couldn't explain until you finally wrote it down. Tomorrow Chose Me Instead is the second kind.

The phrase came from a night when everything felt like it was ending. When the version of the future you'd been holding onto quietly let go. And then morning came anyway. Tomorrow showed up. Not because you asked it to. Not because you deserved it. Just because it did. That's the whole thing. That's the whole reason EMBER exists.

and tomorrow stood behind me in the light not asking nothing of me

We didn't want to over-design this one. The words carry everything. The tee is intentionally stripped back — dark, heavy, the kind of fabric that feels like armor when you need it to. The phrase sits across the chest like a quiet declaration. Not a shout. A reminder.

There's one detail most people walk right past. The front of the tee carries morse code — dots and dashes printed into the design like a frequency only some people will tune into. It says: tomorrow chose me. The same three words. Hidden in plain sight. Because sometimes the most important things about surviving aren't the ones you announce. They're the ones you carry quietly, encoded, close to the body.

If you've ever made it through a night you weren't sure you'd survive — this piece is for you. Tomorrow chose you. That matters more than you know.
